I'm glad that I'm NOT Michael Newdow. I believe it is appropriate to gather on the street outside his place of residence and, with a loudspeaker, begin recitation of the Pledge, as codified in the 1950s legislation.

I want to point out that the dissenter on the three-judge panel, who did NOT think the "under God" phrase was unconstitutional, was appointed by Dad Bush.
