So can you tell me where the 'Law of War' is posted? I confess that I've never heard of it, but maybe that's because I'm ex-Navy.
i have NO idea if the LoW is on the www or not, BUT check out any site that advertises "military surlus field manuals". there are at least 3 current field manuals on the subject.
also, if you get really interested i'll look up my sylubus on the subject, which has every piece of data i know of on the LoW.
