You are correct, customer service is very important in the retail business. That's why I worked for Gap Inc., instead of Walmart.

I find it hard to believe that an employee actually threatened these transsexuals with physical violence. Typically, teens will maybe laugh and whispe about social deviance among themselves, but they wouldn't care enough to threaten physical violence.
