A transvestite merely wears the clothes of the opposite gender. A transexual has surgery to cut off and add various bits. Quite a step up, or whatever. :-)

To learn the difference between a transvestite and transsexual one need only pay a hundred grand for four years at your favorite Ivy League College. They will be glad to explain it to you.

As for me, I never took those courses, so I have no idea! ;-)
