Any American citizens flying those MIGs? This is an American citizen not a Russian or Iraqi and contrary to all of this hype, we are not at war. War is declared by Congress not the White House...unless you want to count the war on drugs and the war on gun violence. In that case anyone that fires up a joint or uses a gun in self defense is a "combatant" and as such has no constitutional rights.
