When a user is banned, they get an explanation

Please don't ban me for saying this, but that's not necessarily always the case. Not that *I* have any experience in these matters, mind you.... ;)

We did a little test of that after the software upgrade. Several users, such as Rebelbase and Miss Marple and a few others who's names escape me right now, volunteered to be suspended to test this. Each of them saw the reason.

However, Darth Sidious did report that sometimes he saw it, and sometimes he saw something like "you must be logged in to post". So there may be some sort of oddity with some sorts of browsers. But if so, a refresh or two does the trick, and it is only intermittent anyway.

John Rocker, the Atl Brave pitcher brought in $$$$Millions$$$$ for the Braves. His wrist was slapped

Have YOU donated to FR yet?

Did the freeper who was wasfree donate to FR?

From A Tribute to John Rocker

New Reply to Rocker's Defenders New

"The biggest thing I don't like about New York are the foreigners. I'm not a very big fan of foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get into this country?"

During the playoffs, he said Mets fans insulted his mother and threw batteries at him.---Were those fans banned?

John's father, Jake Rocker, also had some comments for those oh so polite New York fans. "The fans yell what they are going to do to your daughter, your mother, your wife," --Were those fans banned?
Jake says, and lists the security precautions taken at Shea Stadium for the Braves' visit: Five snipers on
the roof, 500 extra security officers, two each assigned only to his son and Chipper Jones.

In a pregame interview on NBC, Rocker said the worst part of playing in New York was dealing
with the fans who throw objects from the stands. "This is the only place it happens out of 30
ballparks around the country,
people making derogatory comments, throwing batteries and
change, trying to do bodily harm. I just think someone needs to speak out and say that we don't
need to hear those things or fear for our safety at a simple baseball game." This shows the level
of maturity that the New York fans have along with their love and respect for the game of
baseball. ..."
