Well, I'm sure they've taken into account the amount of time it takes to say a number such as "four hundred sixty-three billion, five hundred seventy-nine million, three hundred ninety-five thousand four hundred sixty-two. There are more numbers like that than there are the ones that you can say in a fraction of a second, don't you think? Anyone care to do a more realistic calculation of the time it would take to count that high?

You can count very fast in your head. Nowhere is it specified that you have to say the numbers.

I just counted to a million.
