And if it walks like a duck, and neeners like a duck--woops, that should be quacks, shouldn't it? Oh brother, I need to take refuge here for awhile.

Ya know, and correct me if I'm wrong, but back in the day, your drug dealer might have spotted you some stuff, excuse me, given you a sample. However, anything beyond that was cash and carry. I only know this because I had idiot friends who quite enjoyed trying the "latest craze". That being said, a drug dealer was a drug dealer was a drug dealer whether it was try it before you buy it or a refill. Or did I miss something and the rules have all changed?

Back in those days you're talking about, it wouldn't have mattered if you paid for it or not--if you "shared" it (to use their terminology), you were distributing drugs, period. I think some of the people on that thread maybe indulge in some of the lifestyles we condemn--just my opinion, based on nothing but gut feelings--and not to be construed as fact.

Rich you mean? He's not really a drug dealer, Brenda said so just today, under oath. He just happened to have mj lying around and thought it would make a nice Super-Bowl weekend gift. He didn't sell it to them, so he's not a dealer. He was sharing. That's what we try to teach our children in kindergarten. He deserves a gold star by his name. And just send him more of your kids for him to coach. H*ll, he's even coach of the year material./sarcasm full on.
Today has been well, trying at best. It's bad enough we had to suffer through Brenda's lies. Excuse me, Saint Brenda doesn't lie, she previously mis-remembered facts and now has total recall. She must be taking ginko.
At this point gang, I'm still on the not guilty side. The State's two star witnesses are lying through their teeth. Does anyone else wonder what they are hiding? And what the heck is up with Sean, the bartender? The police mis-represented his statements? Didn't he get to review it or is that just on TV? Oh, if what he originally said is infact true, he can't be a bar tender in the Left Coast (no offense Fres) cuz he broke the law by continuing to serve drunk patrons.
News flash......Demon Van Dam has porn on his computer. Let's have a show of hand to see how many people are surprised. Hands up, don't be shy now.
Hope tomorrow is better for all of us.

Jaded--when was Rich on the stand yesterday? Was it after Court TV turned it over to the moldy reruns?
To: Jaded
Yes, very weird. People who don't normally flame were flaming away, and Kim was playing the part of the peacekeeper. How...surreal...
And I confess, more than I could stomach. I do hope you folks will forgive me if I stay away from Kim's thread. I'm sure it's lovely and all that, but for the health of my nerves, I think I'll stay on Fresno's--unless it gets strange too.

He wasn't Brenda just admitted that he was her supplier/dealer.

Ahhh, thank you--I was getting confused. Court TV turns into a pumpkin at 5 pm central, plus they have a lot of commercials and switch over to trials I'm not following right in the middle of good testimony. But somehow it's less frustrating than all those delays for buffering, etc. on streaming video. At least for me. Also noted that on Jams, someone suggested Faulkner had testified--I don't believe I caught that if he did.

Glad you invited Jack (see? You told me I don't know jack!), seems like a good addition to the Duck Pond. :)
