Here's a heartwarming family story that will just make you feel all tingly:

Rosie O'Donnell's 7-year-old son Parker has found a unique way to explain his mother's gay lifestyle and the fact that he has "two moms."

One day he brought a buddy home to play when Rosie's longtime live-in partner Kelli Carpenter walked by. "This is my mom," remarked Parker. The puzzled pal replied, "I thought your mom was Rosie O'Donnell."

"She is," said Parker. "I have TWO moms."

"Why?" asked the confused pal.

Parker nonchalantly explained, "Gay . . . ever hear of it?" When his friend still looked puzzled, Parker used his toy trains to explain.

"You have a Thomas the Tank Engine. Most of the trains connect, but once in awhile you get two trains that don't connect whatever you do. Those two trains . . . totally gay!"

Rosie, who overheard the conversation, was so amused she told the story to Conan O'Brien. Beamed the comedienne: "He (Parker) has his own way of dealing with it." link

Rosie should get a clue. I've never seen a 7 year old look at Thomas the Tank Engine with a thought towards gay coupling. Of course, most moms don't burden kids with lifestyle issues, and aren't as progressive and tolerant as Rosie.

Parker has it half right. Rosie is a "Tank Engine."

I feel sorry for her kids. These are kids that were up for adoption in the first place. I'm sure their birth parents were hoping they would go to normal loving parents.

Been in a High School or Jr. High lately, mountaineer? One of the worst insults you can dish out is to say something or someone is 'totally gay.' Wonder if this poor child knows that?
