Bottom line .. it seems to me that this prop 187 wasn't worded very good ..

Prop 187 was crafted by former INS officials, among others. It was struck down by a leftist judge, Marianne Pfaelzer (sp?), and Gov Gray Davis, in a backroom deal that denied the proposition review by any court other than that of Marianne Pfaelzer. Two people alone managed to overturn the vote of California voters. This hardly equals the proposition being "badly worded".

OK .. I have read about the back door dealings of killing prop 187 and I have no doubt regardless of how it was worded that they would have STILL killed it

I am not knocking the entire portion of prop 187 .. I am just saying I can see how some may not agree with it entirely and that it could cause some problems
