Sounds great, I would love to do it myself. But, it is never wise to fight a drunk, particularly with 3-year old children present. We already know this idiot was willing to offend as many as possible. Maybe he might be willing to hurt as many as possible, too. Better to call the police and let them take care of it.
Which brings us to my next point. Where were the police and did anyone think to call them while this was going on? Over an hour and no one called the police? Pretty strange.
