Lucas has no respect for his own material. Remember in Empire when Obi Wan said that Yoda was his old teacher? No sign of that in the new series.
He's just trying to get everybody to buy yet another copy of his movies. I'm betting that he releases Jedi on DVD without the new scenes, and then comes out six months later with the "Special Edition."

Remember in Empire when Obi Wan said that Yoda was his old teacher? I won't be seeing AOTC until tomorrow or Thursday, but isn't Yoda in charge of all the jedi children? If that's the case, then Yoda was Obi-Wan's teacher, just not his only teacher.

I'm tired of all the fooling around with the first three have Speilburg direct 'Indy 4' and Lucas produce like the old days and get him away from Star Wars for a while

Qui-gon was his Padawan Master. Yoda is his Jedi Master as Obi-Wan rises from Jedi Knight to Jedi Master. There's still a lot of teaching going on in the Jedi Order, necessary to eventually achieve the status of Jedi Master.
