Dave Berg was one of a number of quite talented people that contributed to Mad when it was one of the best sources of humor to be found. The magazine's writing was usually good, and the artwork was always great... Berg was accomplished at both. I miss the days of looking forward to the next issue (which was truly
was "Cheap!"), but like
The Simpsons, Mad succumbed to PC and I lost interest.
Bill Gaines, Don Martin and now Dave Berg... man, am I feeling old.
