1 Peter 3
8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

I received this update from Barb concerning her knee:
The physical therapist thinks it may be a meniscus tear because of the popping that she felt in my knee, but as of yet, I have had no diagnostic testing to confirm it. When I started PT 3 weeks ago, my knee HURT. I couldn't walk up and down stairs the normal way, I had to do it one step at a time. After just 3 weeks of Physical Therapy, my knee feels much better. They are working on having me strengthen all the muscles around the knee. I thought I was going to die after one session because those muscles were not happy, but the knee wasn't so bad. Thanks for all of the prayers, they are greatly appreciated.

I also received a prayer request from my best friend. Her niece is an operating room technician, and she collapsed yesterday at work. They think she may have spinal meningitis.
