I hope I didn't give the wrong impression. I thoroughly love watching ALL of them pitch. Unfortunately Maddox is "sore" and I think that Pedro is still not completely healthy. ESPN had a segment on him about a week ago and they compared the difference in him now and how strong he was when he was healthy. You could see that he is not up to snuff yet. I hope it doesn't continue but I am afraid he has a long way to go to be 100%.

Methinks there was a crossed wire somewhere. I'm kind of surprised that the Red Sox didn't think of having El Pedro wring it out in a little extra spring training, or a couple of rehab gigs in Triple-A, to get his timing, his rhythm, and his focus back. What little I could pick up of the game, it sounded to me as though the rhythm is hesitant and the focus isn't as broad as it is normally. He'll be back, but I can't help thinking a little extra spring training or about three rehab starts mightn't have helped him more.
