I guess we both had our own canoe advetures, though no kid stood agape on the shore when I came out of the water;-)LOL

me, westy, I never thought of myself as a bird watcher, but I want to see an Osprey nesting on a piling in the lake
it's dark in Tucson now, but lemme see if the eagles still can be seen

I always like swimmin' naked
I can't do it in tucson public pools
but there actually are some lakes on desert, you just need to drive far to get to them
first thing I did was swim across lake
take my bathing suit off under water and put it on rocks
and then swim around
being stoned on pot in the canoe just made me so heedless bout it all :)

HI there Palo...glad to hear all your rug cleaning went well...and you are now happy, tho tomorrow you must visit the dentist

I did not get to visit the eagles much today...for some reason got tired in the late afternoon, and thought I would take a snooze...wound up sleeping for hours...am now wide awake, but cannot see the eagles now, as its dark....

When you mentioned the dentist, it reminded me of Helgas tooth adventures...one day I noticed she was over sensitive about anyone touching her face, something seemed to be bothering her...so took her to the vet...she needed X-Rays to see what was wrong...poor baby, she had an abcess in one of her teeth, and had to have surgery to remove the tooth, have the abcess drained, and be on antibiotics...she cost me more than 500 dollars for all that...but of course, she was worth it...

Then after the surgery, she had a certain amount of swelling in her face...her face and snout were all puffed up, and she looked tooooo funny...and she was doped up on pain meds...she could barely walk, and had that big puffed up face, and acted like she was stoned....that was quite the adventure...

Well, Palo, hope your dentist adventures will be good ones, tho its hard to imagine...The only person I knows, who had good dentist adventures is my son...he is going to be 28, and has never had a cavity in his life...and his teeth are absolutely straight...all this, in spite of the fact, that he takes only minimal care of his teeth...so he never minds going to the dentist, for his checkups, because they never can find anything to do on him...lucky boy...

Well, good night, I am still groggy and need to go back to bed soon....boy I sure am lazy today...
