It will NEVER happen again! I promise. Where do these rules come from? Calling Admn. Moderator . . . hello?

Seems Admin must be busy with other things...

I know that I've seen reference to this before - but be darned if I can find it.

If we can find an "old timer" (no offense) they might know. Maybe Jeff knows.

From having posted a vanity thread discussing the importance of valuing all of our individual participation in the forum and using that thought to comment on my old friend/debating-opponent's (Storm Orphan) departure and then having it get out of hand with posters commenting on Moderator management finally resulting in getting it pulled...I caution all of us to reflect on how difficult and thankless it is to try and run a website such as this.

Everyone deserves remembrance and valuation, tpaine and texaggie alike. Some weeks ago, Jim expressed his exasperation with the infighting and personalization on HIS website and said that "the gloves are off" or words to that effect. I hope that all that like to particate can return. Storm Orphan, tpaine, Texaggie79 and many others. But I also hope that the task of moderating this forum stays managable and the forum can appear in a manner that is a credit to the guy who has given so much to create it and keep it going.
