TOPEKA, Kan. - A marriage between a man and a transsexual woman is not valid in Kansas, the state Supreme Court declared Friday.
The justices ruled in the case of J'Noel Gardiner, whose right to inherit half of her late husband's $2.5 million estate has been challenged because she was born a man.

I wish more justices went to the same schools that the Supreme Court of Kansas justices went to.

A little off topic, but I've always wondered why medical professionals would even do these surgeries.
1) It strikes me as mutilation, serving no legitimate medical purpose.
2) The time they spend doing these operations could be better spent helping people with medical rather than mental problems.
Any thoughts?

Man all the software changes have been confusing. Hi K-man and ArGee....at first I thought your quote above was a personal comment regarding J'Noel instead of the changes taking place on FR.

Me too. We're jaded and have major gaydar and we know how the gay agenda has ruined our city. And is marching on to all the other places in the name of *tolerance*. BTW, cool that this judge recognized that just because a guy gets a sex change, he's still a man baby!!!!. I've always thought that. They're fooling no one. We always know.
To: EODGUY
You do realize the article is about a hardware change and not software right? J'Noel Gardiner changed his hardware. Jim Robinson is modifying his software. Big difference.

Someone mentioned on another thread that there is a "Hole" that leads to Hell. I think I'm starting to realize where the hole may be located. This is disturbing as I think there may be more than one. I can't quite put my finger on it. I'll do more research. I think there may be a web site. Ahhhh
Here it is
