The article doesn't say anything about the Mars lander that crashed because one of the software components was using the metric system and another was using the US system.

This article keeps using the word murder to describe the deaths of the victims. That is incorrect terminology. Murder is an intentional act. The robots do not kill intentionally. They are merely performing the duty they are designed to do. It's when the idiots get in the way that die. IMHO.
