If you sneak us to 10,000, you are going to have to do all of the work yourself.

The Elves will just subcontract the hot wings out to the hobbits, the pint contract goes to Barlimen. Dwarves have the party favors taken care of and Men of the Dale are doing confetti. The only part the Elves are actually doing themselves is inviting a bunch of outsiders in the breaking news. :)
