If the Elves of Valinor were as wise as legend tells, why were so many of them deceived? Hmmmm?

Maybe that's what Galadriel the rebel meant when she said, "even the wise cannot tell".........when Melkor is just stringing us along.

The one drawback of Elf-bashing without Elf-defenders around is that you never know if you've pulled the right chain or not.

So with all their "wisdom" and Elf "magic" the Elves have done far more harm to Middle Earth than Men have! Did that do it?
