Thinking about making second breakfast here... bacon, eggs, and toast I think... mmmmmmmm, bacon...

The "less than 20% chance of rain" the weatherguys were predicting has turned into little patches of rain all over the radar map. Very unusual, especially in the morning here. When it heats up this afternoon we may get some violent weather.

I've been helping in the garden and playing my whistle all morning. My husband didn't complain, it must be that I'm getting better at it! Even my tunes that I don't know at least don't squeak and squawk any more.

I tried the recorder...didn't care for it. It is cumbersome. My sweet little whistle is much more delicate and not much bigger than a reed of grass. It's just downright cool-looking, I think.
