Maybe a little more time in post-production... going for the gold... Best Picture Oscar. If it happens for LOTR (any of them) it'll be a watershed moment for all fastasy/scifi genre movies. Blows the doors open. Oscar movies won't have to just be chick-flicks anymore. :-)
