I was thinking I would rent a car for the day and drive down with my daughter. I don't want to impose on anyone's home, but if either of you want to open up for a pre-viewing of FoTR let me know.

You two should pick the theatre since you are familiar with what's available down there. I think it would be preferable to find a theatre that is showing "IT" digitally.

It'll take me about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get down there. We still have a month and a half to plan, but it is fun to talk about it.

The best theatre is probably the one in The Falls - it's pretty nice. I don't recall if it's stadium seating or not though. I'll know by the 18th though! :)

It's also the closest to Sam Cree's. I live further west in Kendall and there are no comparatively nice theatres in my area. I don't mind the drive south to see TTT in a better venue.

My home is always open to Hobbit Hole folk regardless of theatre location. *grin*

Well, if digital is what you're after then the only place to see it is at Muvico. The link provides the amenities it offers. It's a wonderful theatre and has great seating and sound. A HUGE place with plenty of parking and right off I-75.

It's in Broward county though, so it would take Sam and I about 35 minutes to get there. I don't mind the drive, but we'd have to ask Sam what he prefers. I'd rather stay in Miami if it means the difference of him being there or not.
