Took some Benedryl (tm) for my sinus allergies about 1/2 hour ago... not feeling antsy here at all. :)

I think I might take a benadryl, just for the heck of it. It would help.

Except I always feel sluggish the next morning and I have an apple orchard field trip planned for the boys.
