Here's the latest on Fay. Sustained winds at 60 mph, center currently stationary about 105 miles southeast of Galveston. Could possibly strengthen to hurricane status, but right now the main worry is that it's slow moving... could just keep pulling more and more rain up from the Gulf and sending it inland...

So you're just expecting lots of rain in Austin? Or do you need the hurricane to do list?

THE STORM SURGE IS FORECAST TO REACH 4 TO 6 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TIDE LEVELS IN THE WARNING AREA.

Looks like it is not a good time to visit Galveston.
