Well, we have a system that just melted down. It is just before noon on the Friday before a three day weekend, and I can't reach anyone helpful on the phone and the Manager I am trying to help just "stepped out". I hate it when I care more about people's problems than they do.

We're getting a little of that here... the place I'm working at will be "shut down" all of next week, so we're getting a lot of people calling in wanting to make sure they can log in from home next week...
