I like the snippets that show the actors explaining some of the concepts, explaining the story. It confirms for me that they did, in fact "get it", and were not just parroting lines they didn't understand.

Viggo says, in the featurette on the Ringswraiths says, in part "...They have no memory of what they were..."

I think that is really very good.
