Definitely Eastern then...I didn't know both kinds would be considered North Carolina BBQ

One is made in the eastern part of the state, the other in the western part. I'm in the middle, so I get both kinds.

If you ever run into Constitution Day, billbears, or Phantom Lord, tell them that Eastern is the best unless you want to get into a barbecue war. :)
