That must have been rough. My husband is a testament to faith and character. My husband has recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. It seems that many of the symptoms described him perfectly. However, promiscuity and drug/alcohol abuse are also symptoms and I know he hasn't engaged in such behavior. If anyone would have an "excuse" for cheating, it would be he. The fact that he hasn't is a credit to his strength. Don't tell me men can't control themselves. If he can, anyone can.

I will put you and your husband in my prayers - bi-polar is not easy for either party.

My ex had an entirely different problem - he had cheated on his former wife - I think the term for what he did to me is called "projection."

My husband is a wonderful man and to this day still doesn't understand the other nutjob. Nor does he understand any man who would stoop so low as to cheat on his wife, or even intended wife. His attitude regarding both men and women - If you are not ready to settle down with one person do not even consider it.
