LittleLinda is correct.
1/1 = 100% = 1.0 = certainty; only one outcome.
1/10 = 10% = 0.1
1/100 = 1% = 0.01
1/1,000 = 0.1% = 0.001
1/10,000 = 0.01% = 0.0001
1/100,000 = 0.001% = 0.00001
1/1,000,000 = 0.0001% = 0.000001
1/10,000,000 = 0.00001% = 0.0000001
Is clear, yes?
Your explanation is clear and perfect. You make me wish I had elaborated like you did.

Yes. I did it the lazy way - pointer finger first digit right of the deciman and said 'tens', next digit right 'hundos' etc.
But since we have the math-inclined in the house, have any opinion of the TSA's post? The next post from TSA was about not flying drones at airports, but I keep looking at their choice of (apparent) code. Ideas? Mebe nothin', but you're a math guy so you cannot resist the pull....And why did they use zeros instead of capital letter 'O'? C'mon math-guy....:D
