What about invocation of the Insurrection Act? I’m not saying “Do it” or “Don’t do it” — I’m just wondering how come I haven’t seen anything — here or on any other site — about that lately. Seems that for a while, it was frequently mentioned as a possibility.
I’ve probably just overlooked mentions of it. Not inclined to be on the Internet much, oddly enough.
Wait until the evaluation of foreign interference in the election goes public. You’ll see plenty of insurrection if the results cause the election to be ruled invalid.
I suspect that the invocation of the Insurrection Act starts when the riots get out of control, which will be encouraged by D’s and the worst R’s. The riots will be promoted when the news about election interference is released and will be their attempt to distract the public from the election criminality. The Insurrection Act will be used to quell the riots. It’s probably going to get very ugly for awhile and could be a dangerous time for the average citizen just trying to go about his/her business.
