Supreme Court denies Trump admin request to reverse block on segregating 20K California ballots

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a Trump administration request to segregate more than 20,000 California mail-in ballots cast by people it says are likely not U.S. citizens. Justice Elena Kagan denied the appeal on the eve of the midterm elections without comment and did not refer it to the other justices.
(Maybe we get Elena in a trap, too... 🤞🤞 )
On November 2 the Supreme Court refused to hear the case, Kagan’s decision. On November 3 the 9th Circuit ruled that Trump’s DOJ can require California to set aside 20,000 suspected ineligible voters’ ballots or face prosecution.
