It looks like we might lose the NC Senate race.
We have a terrible candidate and Cooper has too much name recognition going for him.
from what I’ve seen, the repubs have written off NC. Never a fan of the L but it is what it appears to is.
When it comes to voting, the Dems have the numbers here in Wake County. Although my area is solid red, Raleigh overpowers the rest of the county.
Most of NC cities are dumblecrat blue. Cryin shame...
Fortunately, my rep is Virginia Foxx...her district is red to offset the blue areas. She’s in her 80’s tho...not sure how many terms she might have left in her.

A Trump rally in Port Huron, MI today, plus the Packers vs Lions, and then later the Pistons play again. Definitely a good day for watching TV. I’m gonna need a bigger snack tray.

We must keep in mind that these early numbers are used by the democRATs to calculate how many fabricated mail-in ballots are needed in the various locations where the races are close. It is a sensitive calculation as they don’t want a 9 million over-vote like 2020. I suspect that for each race where fabricated ballots are being printed, the target count has to guarantee the win and the count is not to exceed 8-9% of the total. Any race that after today, is a complete flip from R to D and blowout ballot count (>8% victory margin) triggers fraud suspicion and possible investigations.
Not that investigations matter. Remember, many of us believe the Rs would rather serve in h3ll than rule in Heaven.
If the Rats take the House...even by one seat...there will be at least a half dozen impeachments.

Misleading headline. CNN’s map based on its poll results actually showed the Senate as 53 Democrats, 46 Republicans, one independent.
The media love a horse race, though. To rev up the excitement, CNN then showed what would happen if the polls had underestimated GOP strength. The 53R-47D split was based solely on a hypothetical case of polling error.
IIRC most of the polls underestimated GOP strength in 2020 and 2024 (with Trump on the ballot), but they were fairly accurate in 2018 and 2022 (midterms, like this year’s).
I wouldn’t go pinning my hopes on what the MSM do to try to generate interesting “news” stories.
