I agree. Lock up the parents who brought a baby along for a criminal act.
Several criminal acts. If the baby had been in a car seat, in the back, and not on Mom’s lap chances are no bullets would have hit him. She was in such a hurry she didn’t strap him in his car seat think of that. Then they drove like a bat 🦇 out of hell. What if they had crashed?
But it’s never their fault.

In my state she more than likely would be charged with murder of that child.
State law says if someone you are with dies during a commission of a crime you are charged with murder.
