Western governments have put themselves in mortal danger.
They are actively doing things that are destroying their countries: (1) replacing their native citizens with unassimilable foreigners; (2) centralizing government power in unelected and unaccountable bureaucracies; (3) censoring and criminalizing public dissent; (4) offshoring industrial and manufacturing jobs; (5) exacerbating energy costs and general inflation by demonizing hydrocarbons and pushing “global warming” delusions; (6) increasing taxes, government spending, and public welfare in unsustainable ways; (7) demolishing their nations’ historical identities, traditions, beliefs, and common cultures; (8) providing foreigners with “free” homes, food, and educations, while accusing native citizens of being “racists,” “xenophobes,” and “white supremacists”; (9) discouraging healthy marriages and stable families; and (10) indoctrinating the youngest generations to believe that war, “climate change,” overpopulation, and economic collapse will prevent them from ever having happy, hopeful, purposeful futures.
Those are just ten ways that Western governments are hurting their citizens. There are many more. But a reasonable person should be able to read the above paragraph and understand that nations cannot survive under such a destructive barrage of harmful policies.
Western governments are waging wars against their own nations. The progress of these wars may look a little different in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Australia, Canada, and the United States, but what happens in one country soon enough spreads to all the rest. It is as if Western leaders got together many years ago and agreed that their countries would drink cyanide-laced Kool-Aid and take long dirt naps.
Perhaps they formed this suicide pact during an “elite” gathering of the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, or the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Perhaps they chanted, “Build back better,” in unison while voting to euthanize the West.

The People of the West wanted Criminal Government, and that is what they got.
The Leadership already has what they could get of the Pension Money and Entitlements locked up in Switzerland. They now just want to fold up the table and get out of Dodge before the game is busted.
The only, and best, answer was Limited Government, but we gave up on that, last century.
I saw this while I was teaching. In one of our meetings, the teachers were discussing the problem of our students cutting themselves, all up their arms and everything. I finally said, "We've convinced them that they live in a racist country on a dying planet. Of course they're cutting themselves. We might as well hand out razor blades with their free breakfast." No one answered me, and no one looked at me after that. Mostly Latino teachers. There were only three White teachers at the whole school.
I don’t know about Europe. But here in the United States politicians on the left used to be reasonable people. Patriots, even. Truman, JFK, etc.
Now all we have on the left are combinations of socialist and crazy. AOC, Bernie Sanders, etc.

I read from a couple of places yesterday that the blue states are planning to separate themselves from the US government. I’m wondering if that might not be a good thing. Heck, the red states could declare themselves to be independent as well.
And the morons truly believe they will be exempt from the eventual fallout...
The supporters of George McGovern got older went into teaching from K-12 through Ph.D. programs and took over parts of the “Rat Party”. As they took over universities they hired more people of the left and limited if not eliminated conservative students from enrolling in Ph.D. programs in history, political science, etc.
Cycles, economic, war, political......those that study history ( in this case European history) are not surprised. It is easy to see the break up of the EU.

Mr. Shurk brilliantly highlights the obvious. The world wide attack on civilized humanity is rightfully seen as suicidal, but Mr. Shurk doesn’t bore down to identify what has to be a supernatural force negatively influencing the minds of government officials. If it’s Globalism then what is negatively influencing the Globalists? It’s surely not sane governing that’s on display. It appears wide spread and universal behavior so there has to be another force subconsciously and negatively affecting these governing officials. Shurk’s many examples of this destructive, nihilistic, anarchistic, behavior, now taking place around the world can only point us in the direction of the true underlying cause - the influencing hand of the Lord’s nemesis, the master of darkness and death. Our fervent prayers seeking the Lord’s intervention to curb this Luciferian induced chaos is our only solution. Enough talking and pontificating! More praying is in order.
Immigration was the key and JFK gave us that, the European left was also doing the same with immigration in Europe during the 1960s.
It seems that the Western left exploited WWII to take advantage of the aftermath, the momentum had started prewar (post WWI) with dictators and leaders for life (FDR) being fascists and fascist lite (FDR).
Virtually all were laid out in the Agenda 21 in 1992.
And disarming citizens to prevent any resistance to the preceding.
