Yes, of course it's silly and pointless to engage in hypotheticals and historical revisionism.

Hitler killed himself and the Nazis were soundly defeated.

But as I've grown older, I've come to appreciate the valiant effort of liberating Europe less and less.

For what was the point of defeating the Nazis only to see new armies of millions of young men invade and not even fire a shot in defense?

Sure it’s not realistic to dream of a better world- one entirely without Hitler, or if he had been assassinated some time.

But sometimes, I love such dreams 🙂

And it seems to me, that in 1945 and the decades afterwards, everything would become better, and in many ways, they were.

Still, another evil rose: neocommunism aka cultural relativism, the multicultural delusion, the splitting of society by feminism and harming the nuclear family, and the scourge of internationalism. Every bit as totalitarian and ultimately genocidal as its forerunner(s).
