They start out with "I agree with you 99% but..." This guy claimed 99.9%. It was 20 years ago we were coming on to these frauds.

The caller starts out at 11:30 minutes into the hour. Rush was unsuspecting but started learning how they operate.

There are people posting on websites that are the analogue of a seminar caller.
Example: there was a handle on FR posting, prior to the 2024 elections, to the effect they always voted conservative but they couldn't vote for Republicans if the Republicans didn't keep sending money to Ukraine.
