I have met so many terrific Conservative men, and at least one woman, who happen to have African ancestry that it's a huge mistake for the GOP to write off all blacks.

But if I were in an urban environment and saw a group of blacks, I would absolutely cross the street and walk away as fast as I could unless I was carrying. And even then.

I am a racist. Just on a group level, not on an individual level. (character, statistics something something)

I honestly think black conservatives are more likely to “get it” than are most white conservatives. One thing they usually have is a strong distrust of government.

Democrats have written off REAL Americans!
