I’m ready to see some indictments.
When Biden was President, the Democrats played lawfare hardball. There were numerous charges, both criminal and civil, brought against Trump and also against Trump’s associates and his supporters.
Conservatives can’t be doormats; we need to do the same.
Plus, seeing that sort of mettle now out of the Trump administration Justice Department would help bring the base out to vote on Election Day (or Election Mail-In Month or whatever stupid thing we have now instead of Election Day).
Well, no. “Lawfare” is using the appearance of lawfulness to do unlawful things.
If patriot conservatives indict and convict people, the charges must stand on the truth and established law—no making it up as we go along; no accusing someone and manufacturing the evidence, no searching for an ostensible crime in all of a person's backstory because of his/her politics.
