During a famous 1992 interview on “60 Minutes,” a studio production light suddenly fell while Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton were speaking.
The unexpected moment nearly caused an accident, but the crew quickly intervened.
This behind-the-scenes incident was not seen by the millions of viewers who watched the broadcast at the time.

That unnamed Production Supervisor suddenly went on a ‘extended leave’ right after that mishap. Co-workers say when he did return, he was never quite the same afterward. No one couldn’t quite put their finger on exactly what had changed.
I thought it was an act of God because Bill was lying. Do they think the Production Supervisor did it on purpose?
Head 60 Minutes stooge giving *Bubba advice. Zero bias.
One could interpret it as a God sent “lightning bolt” warning about the whole lying thing to the Clintons.
Message not received.

If it fell while they were speaking but not seen by viewers then i doubt it almost hit them.
At the time they made their media debut, no one knew Hillary had presidential ambitions.
She kept it very quiet..... acting like the “good wife” lovingly holding her candidate husband’s hands on 60 minutes. Hillary let it be known she was running for president well after Bill got elected in 1992.
During her years in the White House (1993–2001), Hillary consistently maintained that she was focused entirely on her role as First Lady, public policy (healthcare reform), and supporting her husband. She maintained that she did not consider running for elected office herself until near the end of his second term.
They had this telling “Two for One” thing. During the 1992 campaign, Bill famously pitched their sneaky “partnership” ......getting “two for the price of one” ...... which led political analysts and critics to speculate about Hillary’s personal political power and future.
They seemed to have different agendas......once holding competing press conferences when Bill was president.
On January 20, 2007, Hillary announced the formation of a presidential
exploratory committee on her website with the message “I’m in, and I’m in to win”.
I remember seeing the lights fall.
I also remember hearing a startled Hillary shout, “Jesus, Mary and Joseph!”

A classic. Not sure which was more surprising- hearing the name “Jesus” from Hillary’s mouth, or allowing herself to be hugged by Bill?

BILL: That may be what they are saying. You know what I think they are saying? I think they are saying "Here's a guy who is leveling with us."
HILLARY: There isn't a person watching this who would feel comfortable sitting on this couch detailing everything that ever went on in their life or their marriage. In fact- (Loud crashing as a studio light comes crashing down on top of them from behind, both Clintons leap out of the way, and Hillary grabs onto her strong husband, arms around his neck)
HILLARY: Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Ooooooh! Ooooooh!
DIRECTOR: (inaudible) Make sure they're okay...
AIDE: Are you okay?
HILLARY: (burying her face into Bill's comforting shoulder) Ooooooh! Ooooooh!
GOD: Okay. When I said "Smite them" whose job was it? Who?
ANGEL: (Looking down at his feet in shame, hesitatingly raising his hand) It was me.
GOD: You hit them with a studio lamp. A light. I DISTINCTLY SAID "SMITE THEM WITH LIGHTNING PLEASE" not "SMITE THEM WITH A LIGHT PLEASE". You could have at least hit them with the lamp. (covers his face with the palm of His hand) It is so difficult to find good help these days.
ANGEL: (Contritely) I'm...I'm...sorry.
God: (Puts his hand on his wing patting gently) Ahh. It's okay. Don't take it so hard. We will have plenty more chances.
Excellent! I like your script even better. Doesn’t she look the part of the devoted wife? Back then, she laughed at all of his jokes.
I must say, I had never seen that before, even though I recall the interview...
I nearly fell out of the chair when she grabbed him cooing “Oooh! Ooooh!”
Knowing what we know of the Clinton’s now...one cannot view that without experiencing a whole host of emotions...
