To be frank, those populations have higher instances of HIV and AIDS due to very specific behaviors, along with the very specific behaviors of recreational IV drug users. They also tend to be promiscuous (to make money for drugs or because they’re high and will boff anything) and share needles, not to mention the drug use prevalent amongst the gay population.
I don’t see anyone defending the junkies, do you?
If you are diseased you need to stay away from all others, even thru the blood system.
As to defending junkies, come out to anywhere in CaCaLand. We spent billions of US taxpayer $$ and did nothing about the street bums. Nothing except set up a massive bag of dosh for the politicos to skim to fund their campaigns.
The only impact is that the number of street bums only decreases when some die.
