Cats don’t care if you love them. They only want what they want and whoever supplies it is used by them. Cats are independent animals that care about themselves. They go where they want and do what they want until they are restrained from it. And if they want it bad enough, they will go somewhere else to get it. That’s just cats.

I have lived around cats as pets and feral living on a ranch for years. But consider that cats do what they want until they are stopped. And it won’t be anything other than it is what they want.
