We know that golf is a big deal in Arizona and golf courses visually attractive, but what are they getting for that 1%? How many AI plants are there, and what do they do for Arizona, is this a whole lot of production of something, is it a little bit, what is it?

I’m also curious why they choose the desert.

1% of water is not much when used to develop the technology the future of the country depends on.
Golf is not that relevant.
They have built data centers where they have adequate power and water obviously, or they wouldn't be there at all.
Top AI companies are not stupid.
