I’m well aware of post 8, I want the U.S. to dominate in AI, and I wish there was someone on the thread who knew something about it and could answer my questions about it, and not just the ones in post 8, but after 2 days, I don’t guess there is.

The aquifers are used for domestic water to an extent. Most water used comes from the Salt River Project and the Colorado.

Where the aquifers are used, such as military installation, the aquifers have fallen many dozen feet for the last fifty years.

I just left there in 21 after about ten years. In the suburban area if a square quarter mile was take out of agriculture and houses, landscaping, irrigation, pools and all domestic water uses replaced that ag usage, the area used LESS water than it did when being planted in crops two to four times a year.

But to refill them is just an engineering problem, although I am not intending to say that it will be easy or cheap. I only mean that it can be done if we choose.
