That would clearly work now that a precedent has been site, but only if you’re a woman. If not, you’ll need to identify as a woman (at least for the duration of the trial), which has the added benefit of supporting an “insanity” plea, with delusional behavior tossed in as an “extra excuse” (sorry, I meant “extra defense”).
