depending on a driver’s monthly consumption quota.

Iran - 11 cents.
Venezuela - 13 cents.
Angola - $1.24.
Kuwait - $1.30.
Algeria - $1.
Do Iranians just pump crude into their tanks, or do they refine the crude into gasoline somewhere? If so... where?
And... do they actually BUY fuel in US dollars? Or do they buy it in Iranian reals, subject to horrendous inflation?
I’m not buying these figures at face value.
