The only thing wrong with Battleground is Van Johnson...he always seems to be overacting. And his character was a jerk in that movie

Kelly’s Heroes was very loosely based on a true story involving the theft of Nazi gold after the war. My grandfather was part of that story as he was asked to investigate and refused due to fact he was going home (to avoid doing it).
