Not quite that bad. I walked over 2 miles in 117 @ 55 years old in Tempe to find my lost daughter. Not really worse for the wear, and we were not yet acclimated. Keep hydrated is #1. abeing 68 instead of 55 might make a difference.

If you are acclimated and hydrated you can make two hours of slow walking, more if you are young. 29 Palms, Fort Irwin, and Yuma Proving Ground hit these temperatures fairly often, and experimentation, testing and critical training still occur.
