In as clear a case as you will find of shutting the barn door after the horses have escaped, Judge William Sullivan has impounded the juror list for the Lindsay Clancy trial – after the lone juror who hung the trial in defiance of the rest of the jurors was doxed.
Judge Sullivan acted after the juror’s name and photo were posted online, leading to harassment and death threats. The juror is now hiding with family members. Evidently, authorities do not feel any obligation to come to his defense, though they were quick to express concerns as to how this outcome might affect juries in future high-profile trials.
All this has come to pass thanks to active efforts by legacy media and a small coterie of female jurors who were incensed, by their own admission, by the lone juror’s unwillingness to go along with the herd. A series of interviews over the past week by three of the jurors threw gasoline on the already blazing controversy, virtually guaranteeing that the holdout juror would be targeted. (Some of these interviews came across as rather strange. One juror appeared on three separate media outlets within a short period, each time looking completely different. In one case made up and with a contemporary hairstyle, in another wearing the frizzy just-got-back-from-Woodstock do of the late 60s, while in a third, she wore no makeup at all and had her hair in a severe bun, coming across as a Sicilian immigrant grandmother of the 1890s. Why go to this effort? To suggest to viewers that a larger number of women were involved? Who knows.)
The irony here is that Judge Sullivan’s order does nothing for the lone juror (who certainly deserves more

It is crazy how the MSM seems to imply that the holdout juror is the one who was wrong.
Feminists pushing the abortion issue out to 5 years after birth.....
Yes, the judge acted too late. I’m surprised he did anything at all. When he did act it was basically irrelevant. MA is a failed state.
That whole trial seemed engineered to get Clancy off. It was going along quite well and it appeared she was going to be home free.
Except for this one guy, the holdout. He screwed it all up for them. And he refused to budge. They did everything short of killing him and nothing worked.
After that happened, those involved in the scheme started losing it, opening their big mouths, and revealing what total scamsters they were.
It wasn’t just the harpies for Clancy. Reddington, their hero with rotten ethics and years of unpaid taxes, was the real instigator of the noise and wrong doing of the aftermath.
We can assume he was supposed to get a big payoff of some type for winning this case.
It was so revolting that three murdered little kids were hardly considered the whole time.
I will always have to wonder why this “wonderful mom” as described by Reddington, would drag this into court in order to wipe away her sin and responsibility for choking her kids to death. What kind of evil woman would put the kid’s father, and all the family through this for her own selfish murdering self to get back into life asap?
She could have taken a plea to serve time, a long time for triple murder, which is what she deserves.
That POS judge tried his best to get the lone holdout to cave. He was on the side of the murderess.
These three women jurors have made it plain that, for them, this was a cause and not a case.
Jurors should seek traditional courtroom justice and block everything else out. They should have nothing to do with the press, before, during and after a trial. The only thing positive about these women appearing on TV is that they demonstrated that a mistrial was the correct verdict. These women, and perhaps others, failed justice.
“Yes, the judge acted too late.”
Maybe he did not do it to protect the hold out juror at all. Maybe he did not want the rest of the jurors identified. They might talk about how they were pressured by the lunatics.
In their minds he is.
Seemingly by design.

Seems the judge is in way over his capabilities.
Woke ‘tards were taking piccies of the jurors. Typical in all such trials where the wokies hope to bully and harm.
If Ms Clancy came to their house and murdered their 3 precious children would they still defend her? Hhmmm. She murdered those 3 babies.Guilty,,, she admitted killing them.
